Artichoke/Spinach Dip



½ Cup Butter
2 t. Fresh Garlic
1 Medium Onion
-Sautee until onions are soft

48 oz Cream Cheese
1 Can Artichoke hearts
1/3 Cup Salsa
¼ Cup Parmesan
2 Boxes Frozen Spinach
1 Cup Mayo (optional)

-Whip Cream Cheese until soft
-Drain and Chop Artichoke hearts
-Add to soften Cream Cheese: Salsa, Chop Artichoke hearts, Sautee Onion, Parmesan cheese
-Heat up Mixture on Stovetop until Parma Cheese is completely melted
-Cool to room temperature.
-Whip in Mayo and Spinach
