1 Cup Rice
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Salsa
Add Water and Salsa to sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add rice and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes, until rice is fully cooked.
Add:
1 Can Chili
1 Can re-fried beans
Make a lot of Taco filling. Can be used for Tacos, casseroles, Burritos, Taco Salad
