Chicken Roll-Ups

Filling
3-4 Chicken breast
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 T. Butter
½ Cup Sautéed Mushroom
* Cheese: Parmesan, Mozzarella, cheddar

2 Cans Crescent Rolls
2 Beaten Eggs
Bread Crumb (Italian seasoned



Gravy
½ Can milk
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

-Boil & shred Chicken
-Mix chicken, cream cheese, butter and sautéed mushrooms
-Open Crescent rolls, separate and flatten dough
-Fill rolls with filling, dip into eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, place on cookie sheet
-Bake according to directions on crescent roll pkg
