Darci's Version of Kira's Enchiladas

3-4 Chopped Chicken Breast
1 Taco Seasoning packet
recommended water amount on seasoning packet
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Cream of Chicken
8 Tortillas
1/2 Cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Red Enchiladas Sauce

Brown Chicken in a pan. Add Taco seasoning and recommended water amount on seasoning packet. Cook for amount of time on seasoning packet. Add Sour cream and cream of chicken soup to cooked chicken. Fill Tortillas with creamy chicken mixture and place into cake pan. Pour can of Red Enchiladas Sauce over filled Tortillas and let set in refrigerate for 1-2 hour. Bake 30 minute or until enchiladas are 160 degrees (internally). Add Cheese last 10 minutes of baking.
*No need to refridgerate, refridgerating allows for the enchiladas sauce to be absorbed into the torillias.
