Lemon Garlic Shrimp (or Chicken) Pasta

Lemon Sauce:
1 T Olive Oil
½ Clove Garlic
Zest of 1 lemon
1 T Flour
1-2 Cup Milk (whipping cream, half and half)
Parmesan Cheese

Sauté Oil, Garlic and LEmon Zest. Stir in flour cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Milk little by little whisking constantly to keep from lumping.

Sautee:
1 T Olive Oil
½ Clove Garlic
Lemon Zest
½ Fresh lemon cut into thin rounds (are eatable when rinds are translucent)
½ Green pepper
½ Red pepper
½ Cup chopped zucchini
½ Cup chopped yellow squash
½ lb. Shrimp

Mix all together with 8-12 oz of long cook pasta

If too tart add sugar or If using Chicken marinade chicken in ½ Lemon Juice, ½ water and a sprinkle of Garlic salt.
