2 Chopped Chicken breast
1 Jar La Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/2 Can Drained Pineapple Chunks
1-2 Cups Sliced Bells Peppers (Red, Green and Yellow)
Brown chicken in frying pan on Medium-High heat. Add Bell Peppers and Pineapples, cook until peppers have soften. Add La Choy Sauce continue cooking 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
