¼ t. Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
¾ Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk
2 T. Cream Cheese
1 T Parmesan Cheese
Saute chopped garlic in oil. Add broth, milk, cream cheese, Whisk until smooth. Slowly add Parmesan cheese. Whisk until thicken. Do not over cook or cheese will curdle and become lumpy.
