Wendy's French Bread

2 ½ c. warm water
2 T. yeast
1 T. salt
1 T. oil
6-7 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Knead for 2-5 minutes. Let rise fro 45 minutes or until double in size.

Roll out into two 12x15 rectangles and roll in loaf. Put on greased baking sheet and rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
