Parmesan Chicken Dip

12 oz Chicken
16 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 Bunch of Parsley
1 Can Italian Stewed Tomes
1 Cup Mayo

-Boil Chicken
-Whip Cream Cheese until soft
-Chop Parsley
-Add to Cream Cheese:
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Parsley
Italian Stewed Toms (undrained but chopped)
-Cool and shred Chicken
-Add Chicken to Cream Cheese Mixture
-Heat Mixture on Stove in sauce pan, till Parmesan Cheese is completely melted
-Cool to room temperature.
-Whip in Mayo
