Brechetta Spread

4 Cans Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
1 Bunch Fresh Parsley
2 T Olive Oil
May Need:
Salt, Pepper, or Garlic

-Drain and Dice Italian Stewed Toms
-Chop:
Fresh Basil
Fresh Parsley
-Mix all together with a little olive oil
-Add other seasonings if need.
-Refrigerate for a least a few hours, best if left over night.
