1 envelope (2 1/4 t.) yeast
1 3/4 cups water
Mix together and let sit until yeast is dissolved
Add
2 T. Olive Oil
1 1/2 t. Salt
4 Cups Flour (Add flour 1/2 cup at a time)
Knead until dought is elastic and smooth (5-7 minutes)
Let rise 30 minutes - 2 hour (the longer you let it rise the better the dough).
Punch dough down. Divid dough in halfs (thirds for thin crust). shape and top. Bake 500 for 10 minutes.
