Roasted Zucchini Pasta



2 Cup Chopped Zucchini
1 Cup Peppers (Yellow, red or green)
2 T. Olive Oil
¼ t. Gallic Salt
½ t. Italian seasoning
½ t. parsley (fresh and chopped is best but will need more then ½ t.)
12 oz. cooked pasta

Mix Zucchini, Peppers, Olive Oil, Gallic Salt, Parsley and Italian seasoning all together in a bowl until veggies are evenly coated. Spread out veggies in a roasting or cake pan and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir once or twice.
Mix all together with hot cooked pasta.
