12 Slices of bread (no crust)
¾ Cup Mayo
1 Green Pepper
1½ Cup Celery
1 Chopped Onion
2 Cups Crab or Shrimp
1 t. Salt
6 Eggs
4 ½ Cups Milk
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Grated Cheese
Paprika
Chop ½ of bread and place in a long baking dish.
Mix crab, mayo, salt, onion, green pepper and celery; spread over bread. Lay remaining bread on top. Mix together eggs and milk pour over dish and refrigerate over night.
Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Spread stirred soup on top and continue baking 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle Cheese and paprika for the last 15 minutes.
