Homemade Meatballs


1/2 lb of ground meat (about 2 fist size balls)
1/4 Cup bread crumbs
1 Beaten Egg
1/4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Worsheshire
1/4 t. Garlic Salt

Mix all together and shape into small balls (silver dollar size). Bake 350 on cookie sheet for 20 minutes.

Makes about 18 meatballs

Great with sweet and sour sauce, red pasta sauce or white cream sauce

For Italian Meatballs use Italian bread crumbs and add 1/2 t. of Italian seasoning
