10 Chicken thighs, skinned
1 T Honey
¾ Soy Sauce
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1½ Cup Water
3 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
½ t. Ginger powder to 2 T Fresh Ground Ginger
¼ Cup Chopped Green Onion
Combine soy sauce, honey and brown sugar water and seasoning. Bring liquid to a boil and let simmer for two minutes. Add the chicken. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender. Remove Chicken.
Mix then Add:
2 T Corn Starch
4 T Water
Simmer until thick. Pour over chicken and serve with rice.
