Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
2 Cups finely diced rhubarb
2 Cups finely diced fresh strawberries
1 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 (1.75 ounce) Package powdered fruit pectin
1/2 teaspoon butter (optional)
Process according to direction on the Pectin Package. Makes 4 pint Jars.
