-3 T. Butter -Onion
-Garlic
Saute onion and garlic
Add to make a roux:
-3 T. flour
Whisk in:
3 Cups Milk
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
12 oz. Tillamock shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix with 16 oz. cooked Macaroni
Can bake @350 for 25 minutes but I just served it as is.
