Mix:
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 1/4 C. Flour
1 1/2 t. Baking Soda
1/3 C. Cocoa
3/4 t. Salt
Add:
1 1/2 C. Water
1 1/2 T. White Vinegar
1/2 C. Oil
1 1/2 t. Vanilla
Fit 9x13, 2 rounds or 24 cupcakes. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
I half the recipe, it makes a dozen cupcakes.
