Megan’s Chocolate Cheesecake

1 3/4 C. finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 C. finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 C. butter, melted
3 8-oz. pkgs. of cream cheese, softened
1 C. sugar
2 T flour
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 C. milk

-For crust, combine graham crackers, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture into bottom of 8 or 9 inch spring form pan.
-For filling, in a bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, and chocolate. Add eggs and egg yolk at once. Stir in milk.
-Pour filling into crust. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
